基于CFD的超临界CO2-N2多相射流过程数值分析及初步实验验证

CFD Analysis and Preliminary Experimental Verifications of Supercritical CO2-N2 Multiphase Jet Process

  • 摘要: 超临界射流技术作为超临界流体发展的一种新型技术,在航空航天发动机、碳封存、深层油气开采等多方面有着重要应用。目前有关超临界流体射流的研究多集中于单一流体组分射流,对于两种及两种以上流体相互射流界面行为的研究还相对较少。首先建立了超临界CO2-N2互射流二维数值模型,并通过像素阵列掩模法相移干涉测量技术对射流过程进行可视化实验分析,定量验证了数值模型;对不同工况条件下的CO2与N2射流进行模拟,分析了典型工况条件下互射流流场特性及混合特性。

     

    Abstract: Supercritical jet technology, as a new technology of supercritical fluid development, has important applications in aerospace engines, carbon sequestration, deep oil and gas extraction and other aspects. At present, the research on supercritical fluid jets focuses on single-component fluid jets, and there are relatively few studies on the interfacial behavior of two or more fluid jets. In this paper, a two-dimensional numerical model of supercritical CO2-N2 inter-jet was established, and the numerical model was quantitatively verified through the visual experimental analysis of the jet process by pixel-array masked method and phase-shift interferometry technique. The simulation was carried out for the CO2 and N2 jets under different conditions, and the characteristics of the inter-jet flow and the mixing characteristics were analysed for the typical conditions.
