涡轮泵排气对超声速飞行器气动性能的影响

Influence of the Turbopump Exhaust on the Aerodynamic Performance of Supersonic Aircraft

  • 摘要: 采用数值计算方法研究了涡轮泵排气位置及排气流量对超声速飞行器气动性能的影响规律, 确定了最佳排气位置, 在此基础上开展了攻角对排气效果的影响研究。结果表明: 1)主流对涡轮泵排出的气体有较强的干扰, 飞行器表面的分离区随排气量的增加而增大, 造成阻力增加, 升力减小; 2)上、下表面排气均可导致阻力的增加, 且下表面由迎风导致在相同排气量下阻力较上表面大; 3)为减小飞行器正攻角飞行时的阻力, 排气位置应设置在上表面; 4)当在上表面排气时阻力随攻角的增加逐渐增加, 但与基准状态的阻力差量随攻角的增加逐渐降低。

     

    Abstract: The influence of the location and the flux of the exhaust outlet on the supersonic aircraft by CFD method was studied. The optimum location was confirmed, and the research of the influence of angle of attack on exhaust effects was further carried out. The results show that: 1) the main stream has strong interference with the gas discharged by the turbopump, and the separation zone on the aircraft surface increases with the increase of the exhaust volume, resulting in drag increase and lift decrease. 2)the exhaust on the upper and lower surfaces can lead to drag increase, and the drag on the lower surface is larger than that on the upper surface under the same exhaust volume due to the upwind conditions; 3) the exhaust position should be set on the upper surface in order to reduce the drag when the aircraft is at the positive angle of attack; 4) when exhausting on the upper surface, the drag increases gradually with the increase of the angle of attack, but the difference from the reference state decreases gradually with the increase of the angle of attack.
