Civil Aircraft Thrust Reverser Cascade Configuration and Airplane Integration Evaluation Through CFD

  • 摘要: 反推力装置能显著减小现代涡轮风扇支线飞机的着陆滑跑距离, 也会影响到飞机的操稳特性和发动机进口流场特性, 如果不能很好地和飞机进行匹配设计,则可能危及飞行安全.文章对某型尾吊布局民机全机着陆叶栅式反推力装置打开构型进行了CFD数值模拟, 并对发动机反推装置打开与全机的匹配问题进行了评估, 结果显示, Mach数0.09可作为该型民机反推装置安全使用的截止速度.

     

    Abstract: Reverse thrust device could significantly reduce the landing distance of civil turbofan airplane. It also influences the stability and control characteristics as well as inlet flow field. Flight safety might be concerned if the reverse thrust device was not well designed in accordance with airplane. Numerical simulation was conducted in this paper on thrust reverser cascade device of civil transport airplane′s landing configuration with rear mounted engine layout. Meanwhile, the integration of reverse device and airplane was estimated. Results demonstrate that the Mach 0.09 could be the cut-off velocity for safe usage of thrust reverser cascade configuration.
