喷雾冷却过程的数值模拟方法探索

Exploration of Numerical Simulation Method of Spray Cooling Heat Transfer

  • 摘要: 喷雾冷却是一种高效的热控技术,为了探索形成喷雾冷却技术设计流程,文章研究了喷雾冷却过程的数值模拟方法.针对单相模式和相变模式的喷雾冷却数值模拟,利用发展成熟的内燃机燃油喷雾油膜模拟方法来模化喷雾冷却液膜的相变与传热,开展了基于计算流体动力学的模拟计算.同时建立了喷雾冷却实验台,开展了稳态喷雾冷却实验.计算结果与实验对比表明,基于内燃机燃油喷雾的油膜模拟方法能够较准确地计算单相传热模式下的喷雾冷却性能,而会显著低估相变传热模式下的喷雾冷却性能.

     

    Abstract: Spray cooling has attracted widespread attention due to its advantages in high heat flux removal and high heat transfer coefficient. Simulation method for spray cooling was studied in this paper, to contribute to the design and application of spray cooling. Single-phase-mode and phase-change-mode spray cooling heat transfers were numerically studied with well-developed wall film models of fuel spray in internal combustion engines. Meanwhile, the spray cooling experimental rig was established, and the steady-state cooling test was implemented. Comparison between simulations and experiments shows that the CFD method with fuel spray wall film models could predict the single-phase-mode spray cooling well, but obviously underestimate the phase-change-mode spray cooling heat flux.
